VOTER INFORMATION FOR THE BOND/CAPITAL RESERVE VOTE

VOTER INFORMATION
In order to vote you must be a US citizen, 18 years old or older, and a resident of the North Shore Central School District for at least thirty days before the vote. In addition, a resident must be registered either with the school district or with the Nassau County Board of Elections.
You may register to vote by printing out the New York State Voter Registration Form and mailing it directly to the Nassau County Board of Elections at P.O. Box 9002, Mineola NY 11501. Click Here to print in English; Click Here to print in Spanish. This will qualify you to vote in all local, national and school district elections. If you have voted in the last four (4) school district elections, there is no need to re-register.
You may also register in person at the North Shore School District on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm in the Central Administration Building, 112 Franklin Avenue, Sea Cliff. This is the last day to register for BOND/Capital Reserve Vote.

EARLY MAIL/ABSENTEE BALLOTS
Applications for early mail/absentee ballots must be completed before an Early Mail/Absentee Ballot can be issued. Completed early mail/absentee ballot applications will be accepted beginning January 12, 2026 and must be received by the District Clerk no later than seven (7) days before the vote (February 3, 2026) if the ballot is to be mailed to the voter, OR the day before the election (February 9, 2026) if the application is hand-delivered and the ballot is picked up by the voter.

Completed early mail/absentee ballots must be received at the office of the District Clerk NO LATER THAN 5:00 P.M. ON Tuesday, February 10, 2026 in order to be counted in the election. EARLY MAIL/ABSENTEE BALLOTS MAY NOT BE DROPPED OFF AT THE POLLING PLACE.
