SC AMERICAN REVOLUTION STUDY
SC Fourth Grade American Revolution Game Day
In March 2026, fourth graders at Sea Cliff School completed the American Revolution unit as part of the Social Studies curriculum with a culminating event! This ongoing project-based learning experience demonstrated the districtwide Shared Valued Outcomes (SVOs) initiative by encouraging students to use their strengths as communicators, collaborators, thinkers, problem-solvers, and innovators.
During this intensive American history study, groups of fourth graders planned, designed, and created their own games focused on the American Revolution including “American Revolution Jeopardy,” “Revolution Headbands,” “Revolutionary Board Game”, and "The Revolution Trivia” – to name a few!
During the culmination, parents, families, and guardians joined their children for an interactive, informative, and fun learning experience! Principal Ms. Megan McCormack concluded by saying, "The commitment to growth and learning is visible at Sea Cliff School as our students discover their dreams. We are so proud of all our students!"
