Welcome Back Vikings at the Top!

On September 2, 2025, the doors of North Shore High School opened for Principal Eric Contreras, Assistant Principal Jen Imperiale, and Assistant Principal Kevin Kurrus to welcome back their 9-12th graders, faculty, and staff for another amazing school year. Everyone seemed happy to see their friends after the summer break and were ready to embark on a new school year.

Later in the afternoon, Superintendent Dr. Chris Zublionis and Assistant Superintendent for Instruction, Dr. Carol Ann Smyth, joined Principal Contreras in visiting classrooms, asking questions, and participating in some language lessons and other hands-on learning on the first day!

Mark your calendars! The North Shore High School Back-to-School Night is Thursday, September 18. Plus, get ready to cheer on our Vikings during Homecoming on Saturday, October 18, 2025! Please join us!

Many thanks to the HS PTO for serving Italian ices to all the high school students (for free!) on the first day! Best of luck in 2025-26 to all the Vikings at the top! Go Vikings Go!
