THANK YOU! NORTH SHORE BOARD OF EDUCATION

BOE Recognized by District

On October 23, 2025, Superintendent Dr. Chris Zublionis, the Coordinating Council, principals, and students all thanked the Board of Education for their unwavering dedication, passion, and endless support for the children, faculty, staff, parents, and residents of the North Shore School District. To start the evening, the North Shore High School ASL signers signed the Pledge of Allegiance under the direction of Ms. Remusat and Ms. Aguiar-Mady, Director of World Languages.

It was a wonderful night filled with presentations beginning with a North Shore High School Jazz performance under the direction of Mr. Brandon Bromsey. Then the seven NS Board members including Andrea Macari (Pres.), Lisa Colacioppo (VP), and trustees: Lisa Cashman, Jessica Dillon, Brian Hanley Maria Mosca, and James Svendsen graciously received gifts from principals and students in all five of our schools.

Thank you, thank you, thank you to the North Shore Board of Education for your year-round commitment to everyone at the North Shore Schools! Additionally, thank you to the Coordinating Council Co-Presidents Christina McNeely and Maria Palmieri for organizing this special BOE Recognition meeting. Additionally, thank you to Principal Tom Sheehan (GH), Principal Bridget Finder (GWL), Principal Megan McCormack, Principal Ryan O’Hara (MS), Principal Eric Contreras (HS) and Mr. Bromsey (HS Music Teacher) and the students for your presentations and gifts to the Board. Bravo to the Ex-Officio Student Board members in attendance.
