North Shore Music Department Receives Best Communities for Music Education Award
Congratulations to the North Shore Music Department for once again receiving the Best Communities for Music Education award for the 8th consecutive year!
On May 12, 2025, Director of Fine and Performing Arts Ms. Dalia Rodriguez stated, “I’m so proud to share that our district has once again earned the Best Communities for Music Education award. As you know, this national distinction is given to school districts that demonstrate an unwavering commitment to providing all students with access to a rigorous, comprehensive, and high-quality music education.
This achievement is a direct reflection of your daily dedication, creativity, and passion. I also want to recognize the support of principals, Superintendent Dr. Chris Zublionis, Assistant Superintendent for Instruction Dr. Carol Ann Smyth, Assistant Superintendent for Business Jamie Pappas, and Arts Angels, whose advocacy and partnership help make so much possible for our programs.
Congratulations and thank you for everything you do!”
