North Shore Middle School Celebrates E3 Day
On November 26, 2026, the day before Thanksgiving break, everyone at North Shore Middle School did something wonderful and inspiring. Everyone celebrated E3 Day together making a positive difference in the lives of others. North Shore Middle School E3 Day is where Everyone Matters, Everyone Cares, Everyone Learns (E3). Annually on E3 Day, middle school students are encouraged to learn about themselves and others while thinking about ways they can make a positive difference in their school, community, and in places around the world.
Principal Dr. Ryan O’Hara said, “E3 Day is a yearly tradition at North Shore Middle School that reminds us of just how much we can do when we work together to make our world better for each other.”
During the day, students, faculty, staff, Assistant Principal Mabrouk, and Principal O’Hara engaged in numerous activities and fundraising events, some of which were off-site opportunities for our students and community. The rainy weather did not prevent anyone from working hard, giving back, and engaging in outdoor activities!
Some of the E3 Activities today included:
· Tappan Beach Clean-Up
· Miles for Smiles
· Elementary Teacher for the Day
· Raking a Difference
· Towers to Tunnels
· Read-a-Thon
· E3 Refreshment Stand Sale
· Turkey Bowl
· Mural Painting
· Friendship Bracelets
· Rock Painting
· Planting for a Purpose
· Cards for Soldiers & Hospitalized Children
· Toys for Animal Shelters
· Cove Animal Shelter Raking & Care
· Mutual Concern Senior Center
· Sea Cliff Food Pantry Drop-Off
E3 proved that when North Shore Middle Schoolers collaborate and work together, they could rise to the occasion, pay it forward, and make a difference in the world! Many thanks to all the students, community members, and faculty and staff that helped make this day a tremendous success.
Thank you to Dylan Brady and Alex Marin for performing and presenting to students this morning. Additionally, many thanks to the MS students who went to the elementary schools to assist their younger peers!
Please ask your children how they helped make a difference during E3 Day at North Shore Middle School. Happy Thanksgiving!
