SC SPRING CONCERT

Special Guest Musicians take the Stage at the Sea Cliff Spring Concert

On May 11, 2023, Sea Cliff students took to the stage with special guest musicians including North Shore High School seniors, Nathaniel B. (trombonist) and Ruben S. (percussionist), to perform in the annual Spring concert. Nathaniel and Ruben are bandmates at North Shore High School but started many years ago on the Sea Cliff stage!  

Dressed in black and eager to show the audience how much hard work and dedication it takes to be musicians, the SC students in the orchestra, band, and chorus “wowed” us with their brilliant performances!

The amazing orchestra led by Mr. Haas began the Sea Cliff School Spring concert. Soon, the beautiful voices of the Sea Cliff Singers filled the auditorium led by Mrs. Hasset-Bordes. But that’s not all! The harmonious voices of the fourth and fifth grade choruses could be heard by all! The band under the direction of Ms. Larson concluded the concert with special guest appearances by Mr. Shonik on percussion and Principal Megan McCormack on tambourine along with HS seniors, Nathanial and Ruben!

Bravo to the Sea Cliff Elementary musicians and their music teachers including Jodie Larson (Band), Kevin Haas (Orchestra), and Ashley Hassett-Bordes (Chorus) along with all of the special guest musicians for making this Spring Concert so memorable.
