North Shore Varsity Cheerleaders Competing at the  2023 UCA High School Championships

This week, our North Shore Varsity Cheerleaders performed to a gymnasium filled with proud North Shore administrators, trustees, parents, families, faculty, and students of all ages, as they showcased their cheer routines before flying to Orlando to compete at the 2023 UCA National High School Championships on February 10-12, 2023, under the direction of Coach Jenn Freeman.

Best of luck to all of our amazing cheerleaders as the compete against hundreds of high school teams around the country for the second consecutive year. The Vikings cheerleading squad includes Emily White, Nicolette Fradelos, Deirdre O’Donoghue, Diane Roper, Filomena Barba, Giuliana Ferrari, Juliana Meli, Alexandra Silva, Giuliana Zaccagnino, Jade Feuerborn, and Rylan Kerker.  

For over 40 years, the UCA High School Championship has included the best cheerleading teams across the nation. It is the most prestigious high school national championship where teams can compete and celebrate each other. This year, the competitions is being held at the Walt Disneyland World Resort in the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex within the state Farm Field House.
