Glen Head Students Welcomed on First Day

Hot, humid weather did not dampen spirits on Wednesday, September 5th, as Principal Lori Nimmo along with her faculty and staff welcomed students back for
a wonderful 2018-19 school year.

Everyone was all smiles at Glen Head School as teachers greeted their students and friends were reunited on the first day. Additionally, students, faculty, and staff had the opportunity to see Superintendent Dr. Peter Giarrizzo, as he also greeted the children, participated in the marshmallow challenge, and asked students questions including “Have you been thinking about your ‘yet’ statements?”
