RED RIBBON WEEK AT THE MIDDLE SCHOOL
North Shore Middle School Celebrates Red Ribbon Week
This week, North Shore Middle School celebrated Red Ribbon Week. Red Ribbon Week is
the oldest and largest drug prevention campaign in the country. From October 23- October 31, our schools and students across the North Shore School District will be recognizing Red Ribbon Week.
Ms. Finn said, “We participated in activities to help support our fight against drug and alcohol abuse, including our E3 Squad team challenge, wearing red in support of the cause, making PSA's in 8th grade health, and signing the pledge to be healthy and drug free before entering our Red Ribbon Week photo booth.”
In addition, the Students Against Destructive Decisions club has been instrumental in spreading the word of making safe, healthy choices, and working to prevent drug and alcohol use.
