NS Peer Leaders
Traditionally, during Freshman Orientation and during the course of the school year, the Peer Educators Club (Peer Leaders) get together to educate and help younger students at North Shore High School. Directed by Rachel McAree and Caitlin Kirmser, the North Shore Peer Educators are seniors who volunteer their time and support to their peers.
At the Incoming Freshman Orientation, ninth graders were greeted by members of the Peer Educators Club who led group tours of the school and classrooms, engaged them in fun class building activities, assisted them with their lockers, and answered any questions or concerns to help make their transition to high school easier.
Many thanks to these young men and women who strive to make North Shore a more positive school environment. We are grateful for their knowledge, kindness, and willingness to help their peers through both stressful and joyful school days!
